The Jolly Roger Taproom on 1111 NW Ballard Way, is a wonderful brew pub open 7 days per week with fantastic lunch and dinner food. Thier happy hour is also worth checking out.

I had a glass of their Imperial IPA at 7.5% alc/vol for lunch along with a delicious Avocado & Crab Croissant and I was pleasantly full and happy.
