Fremont Oktoberfest!

September 24^th-26^th, is your fall kick-off celebration in the “Center of the Universe” Fremont. There is something fun for every age at the Fremont Oktoberfest.

Here are just a few of the highlights going on in this 3 day festival:

Brew HA-HA Street Scramble - is the ultimate scavenger hunt adventure on September 26^th. Teams or individuals will be given thirty locations, each with a point value throughout the Fremont area. The quest is to visit as many as you can, on foot, in 90 minutes..

Brew HA-HA 5K – has all the usual divisions plus the highly esteemed Beer Belly Division. To qualify for this you must be men who are 220 lbs. plus and women who are 180 lbs. and over.

Strut your Mutt in the CityDog Magazine Cover Dog Model Contest: CityDog Magazine wants to see if your dog has what it takes to be the next Cover Dog in their 5th annual Cover Dog Model Contest. Let “Fido” strut his stuff on the runway at and be in the running to be a Cover Dog Model for CityDog Magazine. The contest starts at 3:00 pm on Sunday, September 26th.

Texas Chainsaw Pumpkin Carving – A Fremont Oktoberfest classic! Don’t miss this infamous fall tradition that happens only in Fremont. 

Let’s not forget about the beer. The Stranger Microbrew Tasting Garden features more than 70 microbrews to sip, sample and savor.
